The Pregnancy Resource Center of Portland is a great place to start if you've discovered you're pregnant, think you might be pregnant or are supporting a young girl in an at-risk pregnancy. All of their services are free and confidential. They do not perform abortions or adoptions, but merely assist you in navigating the often confusing information and options available.
